You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return for due to hygiene reasons your item must be; unused, unwashed, free of make up or deodorant stains and free of odour. The hygiene sticker must be in place and all tags must be attached. The item must be in the same condition in which it was received and in its original packaging. Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused and returned to sender.
Policy is strictly enforced
We will gladly accept your return for a store credit note or an exchange within 14 business days of delivery.
Returns & Exchanges
If you return your item within the specified timeframe, we’re happy to offer you a refund or exchange it for another product, whichever you prefer.
When sending your parcel back, please include a note inside with your full name, order number, and reason for return. This helps us quickly locate your order once we receive your package.
If you’re unable to find your order number or have any questions, feel free to contact us.
Please email us for return instructions and don’t forget to share your return tracking information once it’s been posted.
Once we receive your item, we immediately notify you on the status of your exchange or credit note after inspecting the item.
Items paid with store credit will only be eligible for exchange ONCE.
You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs will not be reimbursed by Dueé.

Once returned, a tracking confirmation number must be sent via email. Please quote your order number for ease of reference.
We are not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns as you may need this when disputing with your chosen courier.
